Qualifications

• Experience as a Dealership Finance Manager or Business Manager required.
• Current role in Finance within the Auto or RV industry necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both polished and professional.
• Ability to provide current performance metrics with a proven track record.
• High customer satisfaction index (CSI) is a must.
• Detail-oriented with efficient Customer Interaction Technologies (CIT) skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer applications related to finance management.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicle protection packages by presenting products and benefits.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with lenders to secure favorable financing for customers.
• Process finance deals by submitting them electronically to banks using dealer systems.
• Ensure all transaction paperwork is accurate, fulfilling office and lender requirements.
• Collaborate in store meetings, assisting sales managers in ensuring accurate transaction completion.
• Engage with customers during peak traffic periods to support the sales team.
