What You'll Do- Develop new business opportunities for custom automation solutions throughout North America.
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Meet with customers to identify automation opportunities and manufacturing challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical concepts and proposals
- Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and project discussions.
- Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience selling automation, capital equipment, system integration, or custom manufacturing solutions.
- Engineering degree preferred or equivalent technical sales experience.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage complex technical sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout North America, with occasional travel to Germany.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive base salary (targeting approximately $100K, flexible based on experience)
- Realistic first-year earnings around $130K
- Second-year earning potential of $150K+
