Primary Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.
- Create reliable end-to-end, integration, and regression test suites for modern web applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and help troubleshoot defects while working alongside engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Continuously improve automated testing processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Participate in feature planning, technical discussions, and code reviews from a quality perspective.
- Help establish and promote QA standards across projects.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency, productivity, and overall software quality.
- Support CI/CD workflows by integrating and maintaining automated test execution where appropriate.
Some Must-Haves:- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (required).
- Proven experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience testing modern web applications.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and automation strategies.
- Experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate directly with clients and development teams.
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Nice to Have:- Consulting or software development agency experience.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation Package (Salary Transparency for US Based Employees)- Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000+

Other Information:The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required. Salary dependent upon experience.
