Role Summary
Auto Fleet Management Product Owner | Toyota Financial Services | Plano, TX
Experienced Product Owner with expertise in driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of fleet management and automotive finance solutions. Responsible for managing products that support fleet operations, vehicle leasing and financing, vehicle lifecycle management, telematics, connected vehicle platforms, maintenance tracking, compliance, and EV fleet initiatives. Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, product roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, user story development, and stakeholder management. Collaborates closely with business, technology, operations, risk, and finance teams to deliver scalable, customer focused solutions that improve fleet performance, operational efficiency, and user experience. Possesses hands on experience with AWS cloud services, API integrations, microservices, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data driven decision making. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into product capabilities, manage cross functional teams, define KPIs, and drive successful product outcomes within automotive, fleet management, mobility, and financial services environments. Preferred qualifications include experience with connected vehicle technologies, commercial fleet operations, mobility services, and certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner, or AWS Cloud certifications.
The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
