CORE Responsibilities
Deal Negotiation: Handle final price negotiations, lease terms, and purchase options to maximize dealership profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Objection Handling: Intervene when a primary salesperson struggles to secure a deal, diagnose customer hesitations, and find mutually agreeable solutions.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Act in a floor Manager capacity by training and mentoring sales staff on best practices, live deal-making, and performance development.
