Full Job Description
Winstead is seeking an attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join its Real Estate Development & Investments practice group in Austin. The associate will work with both the Real Estate and Construction teams on sophisticated commercial projects in Texas and other states. This is a growth position offering meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and a clear path toward advancement within the firm. The practice includes mixed-use developments and other complex real estate and construction projects. The successful candidate should be intellectually curious, attentive to details, and eager to develop experience in a sophisticated transactional practice. • Real Estate Experience: Seeking a candidate with a strong interest in real estate development, mixed-use projects, and construction. Prior experience in these areas is helpful but not required. • Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials. • Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
