About the RoleSteno's court reporters are the backbone of our service - growing, activating, engaging, and retaining that community is how we scale. As Integrated Marketing Manager, Court Reporter Community, you'll build and manage the programs that bring new reporters into the Steno network, get them active quickly, and build a community they're proud to belong to.
You'll sit on the Integrated Marketing team, embedded day-to-day with our Provider team (recruiting and scheduling), acting as the marketing engine behind their growth and retention goals. You'll also be Steno's presence in the field - traveling to court reporter conventions, capturing content on site, and running virtual events.
Core responsibilities:- Serve as the embedded marketing lead for the Provider/recruiting team, aligning on shared goals and pipeline.
- Run multi-channel recruitment campaigns (email, paid, organic, content, partnerships) that convert court reporters into applicants and signups.
- Build reporter lifecycle journeys - onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and win-back communications.
- Grow a court reporter community through ambassador programs, peer spotlights, and referral/loyalty initiatives.
- Represent Steno at court reporter conventions and industry events, capturing content for use across campaigns.
- Partner with Operations to understand retention drivers and translate insights into marketing programs.
- Define and report on KPIs across the acquisition and retention funnel.
You're gonna crush it if- You have 5-7 years in marketing with hands-on, multi-channel campaign experience (email, content, paid, lifecycle).
- You have a track record running lifecycle campaigns and owning growth/retention metrics.
- You're proficient in marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) for segmentation and reporting.
- You write well and have genuine empathy for a specific audience.
- You're data-driven and comfortable with funnel metrics and A/B testing.
- You're a strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with operations or recruiting teams.
- You're comfortable traveling to events and capturing content (photo/video) on site.
- Bonus: experience marketing to a supply-side/provider audience, familiarity with legal or court reporting, or community/ambassador program experience.
