Qualifications• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing with the NY State Bar.
• 3-7 years of experience in family law.
• Mediation certification and strong mediation experience.
• Collaborative Divorce certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Trust and Estates experience (2-3 years) is a plus.
