THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Retail & Hospitality Partner to join one of our California offices.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of trial experience, including managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, preparing for mediations, and appearing in court for hearings and trial proceedings, and must be admitted to practice in California. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, product liability, retail, construction, and/or insurance defense.
