THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join our Baltimore office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in Maryland, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, premise liability and/or construction.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
