Atlantic Health's Hire Learner Nurse Residency Program is one year focused on building a solid foundation for your nursing career. The program includes classroom, simulation, and unit-based preceptorship while focusing on the continuum of care. Pay rate is $43.00 per hour.

Program criteria:
  • Non-BSN graduates will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of employment
  • All participants are asked to agree to a 2-year employment commitment at Atlantic Health
  • An official transcript and two letters of recommendation from nursing instructors will be required once you are in the interview process
