Full-Time | Small Animal Practice

We're seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian for a unique opportunity to split time between two established small animal practices in Sparks and Carson City. This role is well suited for a confident, adaptable clinician who enjoys diverse caseloads, strong team collaboration, and practicing high-quality medicine with professional autonomy. The position is structured as two days per week at each practice.
The Role - Deliver comprehensive medical care with a high standard of clinical judgment
- Perform routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries (orthopedic experience a plus, not required)
- Manage complex medical cases with appropriate diagnostics and follow-through
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication
- Mentor support staff and contribute to a culture of learning and professionalism
