Job DescriptionThe Associate Technical Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of engineering projects and systems. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and overseeing requirement definitions, functional specifications, database design, and technical architecture. The analyst utilizes project management tools to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects, while effectively managing resources, budgets, timelines, and quality. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to drive successful outcomes in engineering and operational projects, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategy, design, and configuration of new products and projects.
- Build products that enhance operability and reliability of core applications, delivering service to clients globally.
- Work on reporting, including management reports/dashboards and required data analysis.
- Interact with cross-functional stakeholders, including Technology teams, Finance, and business function leads.
- Facilitate and support cross-functional programs, ensuring timely completion of action items.
- Develop and present high-level status reports to senior leadership, showcasing program progress and milestones.
- Identify and communicate potential risks or issues to senior management, along with proposed remediation plans.
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Utilize diverse data sources to create comprehensive overviews of program or project progress.
- Lead and facilitate meetings to keep stakeholders engaged, informed, and aligned with program objectives.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS/MIS, Cybersecurity, Business or a related field, graduating May 2026 - August 2027.
- Strong communication skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communication, and communication that demonstrate professional judgment.
Preferred Qualifications- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of Project and Release Management principles include Agile methodologies
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, MS Teams)
- Exposure to tools like Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Wiki, or similar tools/technologies
- Ability to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate activities and collaborate effectively within a program team and across other organizations
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically
- Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
- Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity
