Major Duties:• Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function.
• As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
• Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult.
• Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.
• Conducts preliminary analysis.
• Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management.
• Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas.
Knowledge:• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
• Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
• Technical skills are required.
• 2-3+ years of staff accounting experience and/or real estate property or fund accounting/administration experience is preferred with a minimum of 2 years client servicing or related experience.
• Experience with real estate industry clients is required.
• We are looking for individuals who have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, exhibiting initiative, leadership, and flexibility.
• The ideal candidate will have a formal education in accounting and/or related business degree, may be seeking or have recently obtained their CPA accreditation, understand the complexities of the private equity and real estate markets via past experience, and have experience with Investran, Yardi and MS Suite of Systems (Excel/Access/Word) (intermediate/advanced level).
Experience:• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required
Salary Range:
$95,600 - 162,400 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
