We are currently looking for an antibody development scientist to join our interdisciplinary team. The candidate is expected to adapt quickly and communicate well, especially in a fast-paced startup environment. They will collaborate with other team members and be part of an exciting journey. Skills and Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation:
  • $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on the depth of expertise) + 10% performance bonus + equity.
  • We will also consider a Principal Scientist with proven technical expertise plus cross-functional project leadership. Compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
