About Your Role
The Associate Scheduler supports construction scheduling activities on large capital improvement programs. This role is responsible for reviewing contractor schedules, performing schedule analysis, supporting QA/QC efforts, and assisting project teams in maintaining accurate and compliant project schedules using Primavera P6.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
- Minimum three (3) years of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor
- Experience supporting educational facilities or public works projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and contract specifications

What You'll Do
- Review contractor baseline schedules and identify missing scope, logic, and milestones
- Analyze critical path and review cost-loaded schedules
- Provide written schedule review comments in accordance with standards
- Review monthly schedule updates and document schedule slippage and impacts
- Create filters, layouts, and bar charts in Primavera P6 to support schedule analysis
- Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for contract compliance
- Validate logic ties and ensure adherence to scheduling guidelines
- Ensure proper use of program-level codes, layouts, and reporting standards
- Develop Earned Value curves based on EVA templates
- Prepare reports and support scheduling management in program reporting

Salary Requirements
- $153,000 - $163,000 annually
