Responsibilities:- Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) utilizing MS Project.
- Maximize program performance through active schedule, cost, and risk management
- Work with team members to define, baseline, and manage work scope.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for assigned projects.
- Provide baseline budget and schedule estimates for projects.
- Work with people managers to identify resources and perform project resource planning.
- Perform project Integrated Master Schedule development and tracking utilizing MS Project.
- Work with project teams on IMS tracking, Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA), and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Perform critical path analysis, track progress against baselines, perform what-if analyses, and develop contingency plans.
- Work with Cost Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Leads to record and track Earned Value metrics and perform Estimates To Complete (ETCs).
- Attend project team meetings and facilitate tracking/completion of action items.
- Attend project Risk Management Board (RMB) meetings to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, opportunities, and issues. Keep track of all risks and mitigations.
- Collect, organize, and analyze key program performance and planning data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on all assigned projects.
Qualifications:Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of years of relevant experience 3+ years experience in project planning/management, or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
- 3+ years in supporting teams planning and executing to a program schedule and budget.
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) scheduling utilizing MS Project or equivalent
- Strong organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and a high degree of initiative.
- Strong oral communication including the ability to express ideas and information and facilitate an open exchange of ideas.
- Solid written communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas in writing in a succinct and organized manner.
- Strong team collaboration and analytical skills with ability to execute and follow-through on tasks to completion.
- Demonstrated problem solving to include the ability to identify and analyze problems; use sound reasoning to arrive at conclusions; find alternative solutions to complex problems; distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical judgments.
- Requires a high degree of independent thought and decision making.
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Desired:
- Knowledge of Project Management concepts and techniques.
- Knowledge of program financial concepts, including P&L, MR, ROS, etc.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management System techniques and reporting.
- Some experience with electronics product development that includes hardware, firmware and software content.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
