What you’ll do
- Support program management for projects entering or ramping up production
- Track milestones and ensure customer deliverables are met
- Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and keep programs on schedule
- Assist with budget analysis and capacity planning
- Help identify opportunities to grow business within key accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and customers
- Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements
What you need
- Strong organizational and communication skills (required)
- Ability to analyze data and solve practical problems (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (required)
- 1–3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace or defense (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (advantage)
- PMP certification (advantage)
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)

Salary Range:
$77,900.00-$103,800.000
