As part of this strategy, they are seeking an associate Principal to help expand and strengthen their Workplace practice. This is not a traditional business development role. As an Assoc Principal, you will work directly with executives, corporate real estate leaders, facilities teams, and business decision-makers to understand their goals, challenges, and future plans. You'll spend your time building relationships, growing strategic accounts, developing new opportunities, and helping clients navigate complex workplace decisions. What You'll Be Doing Build and strengthen relationships with Workplace clients and prospects. Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and workplace challenges. Identify opportunities for new work and expand existing client relationships. Collaborate with principals, project leaders, designers, and technical teams to develop winning pursuit strategies. Lead client engagement efforts from initial conversations through project award. Represent the firm within the marketplace through networking, industry involvement, and thought leadership. Help shape market strategy and contribute to the long-term growth of the Workplace practice. Serve as the voice of the client internally and ensure exceptional client experiences. Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and strategic business objectives.
