Minimum qualifications:

As a Senior Analyst on the Content Adversarial Red Team (CART), you will be a leading expert in identifying and mitigating emerging content safety risks within Google's GenAI products. You will lead the charge in uncovering unknown generative AI issues novel threats and vulnerabilities that are not captured by traditional testing methods. Your understanding of AI safety and your ability to think will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI development, ensuring that Google's AI products are responsible and bold.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
