• Candidates with three or more years of relevant full-time experience: $85,000-$97,000

Re-Shift our Infrastructure

TEALEAVES is seeking an analytically strong and intellectually curious Associate to help transform the global operations of a luxury tea company serving five-star hotels and Michelin-starred chefs.

Working directly with senior leadership, consultants, warehouses, and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to supply-chain planning, ERP transformation, operational analytics, process-design, and global logistics across North America, Europe, and Asia.

This is a role for someone seeking meaningful responsibility, high impact, exposure beyond a traditional functional silo, and an accelerated education in how a luxury brand operates.

Associates are given the opportunity to deeply analyze problems, actively implement/improve systems, and progressively take ownership of key projects.
Why This Role Exists

TEALEAVES is undertaking an end-to-end transformation of its operational and technological infrastructure.

The company is transitioning its enterprise systems to Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Power Automate while redesigning the workflows that connect forecasting, inventory, procurement, and global fulfillment.

Over the next 7 quarters, the team will focus on initiating, implementing and optimizing these systems, improving the quality and visibility of operational data, and identifying practical applications for AI, agents and autonomous systems.

The Associate will help test system functionality, redesign/iterate workflows, improve demand and inventory planning, and build dynamic and intelligence-led approaches to global operations.

Your Major: Operations and Logistics

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Enterprise Systems and Order Management

• Process and oversee orders within Microsoft Business Central (and its semi-autonomous systems, AI agents)
• Work with bills of materials, inventory records, Lot information, production requirements, and stock movements.
• Help test, refine, and document workflows following the company's ERP implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, visibility, automation, and UX within operational systems.
• Support the integration of Business Central with our US, Canadian and EU warehouses, shipping, CRM, and Shopify e-commerce platforms.

Forecasting and Inventory Planning

• Analyze historical sales, demand patterns, lead times, and inventory movements.
• Build dashboards and contingent reports that help the department make better inventory and purchasing decisions from the lens of efficiency and sustainability.

Global Logistics and Fulfillment

• Coordinate the movement of parcels, pallets, containers, and drayage shipments.
• Review logistics performance and recommend improvements to cost, service, accuracy, and delivery speed.

Customs, Compliance, and Cost Analysis

• Collaborate with Accounting, external advisors, and consultants, including KPMG, on operational and costing initiatives.

Process Design, AI, and Continuous Improvement

• Map existing workflows and identify unnecessary steps, risks, and points of friction.
• Research and test practical applications of AI, automation, and emerging tech stacks.
• Work with external technology consultants to evaluate and implement new tools.

A successful Associate could:

• Build more reliable demand, inventory, and replenishment reporting across global markets.
• Redesign at least one major logistics or inventory workflow using automation or AI-supported tools.
• Improve order accuracy, inventory visibility, fulfillment speed, or landed-cost analysis.
• Lead a defined process-improvement project from diagnosis through implementation.
• Contribute to a new-product launch or cross-functional strategic initiative.
