Job Description:

The Media Associate Manager is responsible for managing integrated media initiatives across multiple brands and channels. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and agency partners, overseeing media planning, campaign execution, budget management, performance evaluation, and operational excellence. The position exercises independent judgment in managing priorities, evaluating agency recommendations, resolving business challenges, and making strategic recommendations that impact marketing effectiveness and business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, CTV, and emerging channels.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for agency partners, providing strategic direction, evaluating recommendations, and ensuring campaign objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee campaign development, execution readiness, and performance against established KPIs.
  • Make recommendations regarding media allocations, channel strategy, and campaign optimization opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration among marketing, media, creative, finance, analytics, and agency partners to drive alignment and business results.
  • Facilitate strategic planning discussions and influence decision-making related to media investments and campaign priorities.
  • Identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and proactively drive solutions across stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage project priorities, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage media budgets, forecasts, and spending allocations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and approve media expenditures, invoices, and purchase orders within established authority levels.
  • Analyze budget performance and provide recommendations to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Partner with finance and agency teams to ensure fiscal accountability and budget accuracy.
  • Evaluate media performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Analyze trends, channel performance, audience insights, and market opportunities to inform media strategy.
  • Develop executive-level summaries, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Exercise independent judgment in identifying optimization opportunities and recommending adjustments to media plans and investments.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in support of team and business objectives.

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including reporting, data analysis, and presentation development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar workflow tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
  • Experience leading process improvements and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective on business priorities and objectives.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing responsibilities and resolving challenges.

Job Details:
  • Location: Vernon, CA; Monday-Friday, business hours; hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
  • Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
  • Pay Range: $85,700.00 - $97,400.00 + bonus eligible
