You'll oversee media partnerships, sponsorships, custom content, and digital opportunities from evaluation through negotiation and activation.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role for someone who understands the National Video marketplace, knows how to build and negotiate strong partner relationships, and can turn emerging opportunities into compelling recommendations. You'll work closely with the VP of Video & Partnerships while leading a team of three and serving as a key point of contact for clients and media partners.

You will:

• Oversee sponsorships, custom content, media partnerships, and digital partnership opportunities from evaluation through negotiation, activation, and delivery.
• Develop and present client-ready recommendations, POVs, and partnership opportunities that connect media opportunities to business and brand objectives.
• Serve as the lead with networks, streaming platforms, publishers, and other media partners, building relationships and leading negotiations with support from the VP.
• Evaluate opportunities across audience, scale, programming, cultural relevance, brand alignment, investment, value, and executional considerations.
• Manage partner-level investments and budgets, ensuring commitments are effectively negotiated, accurately reflected in DDS and Prisma, and delivered against timelines and objectives.
• Identify emerging programming, cultural moments, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities across the Sports and Entertainment landscape.
• Lead partnership activation and execution, working across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications, serving as a trusted partner across video investment, partnerships, and activation.
• Lead and develop a team of three direct reports, including a Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate, providing direction, coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Stay current on the evolving National Video marketplace, including streaming platforms, sports and entertainment properties, digital video, and emerging partnership models.
• Monitor partner performance and delivery, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities to maximize the value of media investments.
• Collaborate with planning, investment, creative, marketing science, and other cross-functional teams to bring partnership opportunities to life.

You have:
• 6+ years of experience in media investment, activation, partnerships, or integrated media, with strong experience in National Video.
• Strong experience across linear and streaming video, with a solid understanding of Sports and Entertainment programming.
• Experience evaluating, negotiating, and activating media partnerships, sponsorships, and custom content opportunities.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently communicate recommendations and POVs to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team, with the ability to provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship.
• Strong partner management and negotiation skills, with experience working directly with networks, publishers, platforms, and other media partners.
• Proficiency in DDS and Prisma, with a strong understanding of media investment, budgeting, and financial processes.
• Experience managing partner-level media budgets and ensuring investments are accurately negotiated, tracked, and delivered.
• Experience with DSPs and programmatic video is a plus.
• A strong understanding of the Sports and Entertainment media landscape and an ability to identify emerging opportunities and cultural moments.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners, projects, and priorities.
• Agency experience, particularly within an integrated media environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with senior leadership, clients, internal teams, and external partners.
