The Position

Associate Marketing Manager, Core Laboratory

The Opportunity

The market RDC operates within is evolving, requiring novel go-to-market strategies and new ways of working to successfully commercialize our products. The RDC Marketing Organization strives to be best-in-class as a key contributor to the commercial success by proactively shaping the market, generating actionable customer insights, and influencing our commercial organization to achieve our collective goals.

Marketing strives to:

  • Be the expert on market trends and competitive intelligence to arm our organization with a clear articulation of the value proposition of our products to ultimately win share in the competitive market.

  • Influence Roche pipeline development in order to ensure sustainable growth in the US.

Job Facts:

  • Collaborates with and supports Core Laboratory Product Managers and Marketing Managers in the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives or programs, including but not limited to: account-based experience (ABX) campaigns, economic value strategy, strategic messaging projects, the development of new customer testimonials, the development of new marketing channels and tools, and competitive strategy tools

  • Leverages market research and customer insights to develop marketing strategies

  • Manages multiple marketing projects and a diverse, cross functional group of local and global stakeholders

  • Serves as the business owner and key point of contact for all questions and matters pertaining to their assigned responsibilities

  • Effectively works within a cross functional team to inspire and influence others

  • Develops business area acumen to include understanding of market segments, business model, analysis of key metrics that define success, forecasting sales and product demand, share performance, trends, competition, customer critical success factors and needs.

  • Manages resources and budget to target all assigned programs with proactive communication on issues and opportunities.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • You hold 2 years of marketing, sales, marketing communications or related experience.

Preferred:

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient utilizing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work in ambiguity

  • Effective at stakeholder management

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $68,700 - $127,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
