Job DescriptionJob Title: Associate Manager, Loan Servicing Analyst
Locations: New York City (hybrid) or Union, NJ (hybrid)
About the RoleOur Loan Operations team services all structures of bank debt including SMAs, CLOs, Hedge and Private debt. They are a full trade cycle servicing group which includes loan closing, loan administration and loan agency services.
You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.
How You Will Make an Impact - Providing daily operational support to SS&C GlobeOp clients engaged in a variety of investment products but with a focus on the trading of primary and secondary bank loans, total return swaps and CLO's
- Processing loans on Advent Geneva and full loan maintenance, including funding, paydowns, borrows and rollovers
- Significant Interaction with SS&C GlobeOp clients, agent banks and other internal departments (i.e.: fund accounting, operations, OTC operations and OTC Pricing) relative to loan processing
- Serving as informational resource for loan products to SS&C GlobeOp clients and internal departments
- Train loan operations staff
Required Experience - Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline
- 3 to 5+ years' financial services/securities industry experience in operations and loan operations working for either a prime broker, administrator or hedge fund
- Understanding of syndicated loans; including closing and maintenance of loans as well as the interrelationship with agent banks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and make deadlines
- Solid client relationship management skills

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 60000 USD to 130000 USD.
In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
