Job Description:

The Associate Manager, UI/UX contributes to the design and optimization ofguestfacingdigital experiences across all platforms. This role partners closely with the Digital Guest Experience team and Insights Managers to translate data and research into intuitive, effective guest flows. As an emerging design leader, this role balanceshandsondesign work with growing responsibilities in experience strategy, testing, and continuous improvement. The Associate Manager advocates for guest needs,identifiesfriction points, and helps shape thoughtful,datainformeddesign enhancements across the digital journey.

Responsibilities:

Experience Design Execution

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, andhighfidelityUI deliverables that clearly communicate concepts and interactions.
  • Translate guest insights, behavioral data, and business requirements into thoughtful UX approaches.
  • Apply design system components and visual standards to ensure consistency across experiences.
  • Support accessibility, simplicity, and usability practices throughout design work.

Design Strategy & Opportunity Identification

  • Contribute to the development of UX approaches for digital guest flows and features.
  • Advocate forguest needs, surfacing friction points and recommending experience improvements.
  • Identifyopportunities for iterative enhancements based on research, analytics, and qualitative feedback.

Testing & Optimization

  • Partner with the Insights Manager to support hypothesis development around guest behavior and flow performance.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of usability tests, A/B tests, multivariate tests, and concept evaluations.
  • Build prototypes, design variants, and other assets needed for experimentation.
  • Translate test results and research findings into actionable design recommendations.

Insights Partnership & Data Collaboration

  • Work closely with Insights Managers to ensure qualitative and quantitative data inform design decisions.
  • Participate in research synthesis sessions to help distill findings into UX opportunities.
  • Use analytics, behavioral insights, session replay, VOC, and test results tovalidateassumptions and prioritize improvements.
  • Support ameasurementfocusedapproach where designs link to expected outcomes.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, IT, andMarTechpartners to ensure designs arefeasible, aligned, andwellimplemented.
  • Work with Digital Guest Experience Managers to translate journey goals into user-centered, measurable flows.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders, supporting alignment and clarity.

Professional Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on UI/UX best practices, behavior science principles, accessibility standards, and design tools.
  • Introduce new methods or frameworks that enhance team efficiency or design quality.
  • Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, andguestcentricthinking within the design process.

Qualifications:
