How will you fit in the big picture?

Bring financial insight to the decisions that shape Hershey's future. In this role, you will support SG&A planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis while partnering across the business. Your critical thinking and clear communication will help turn complex financial information into practical, measurable actions.

What will you do?

  • Build and maintain financial models that evaluate scenarios, trends, costs, and business performance.
  • Support SG&A planning, forecasting, and recurring reporting with accurate, decision-ready analysis.
  • Analyze financial statements and performance results to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers.
  • Use business intelligence and reporting tools to organize data and present clear insights.
  • Communicate recommendations effectively to cross-functional partners and help translate analysis into action.


Minimum Education & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills across multiple audiences and formats.
  • Working knowledge of financial modeling and financial statements.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence or reporting tools for data access, analysis, and presentation.
