Job Description:

Position Summary:
  • Support payor contracting activities, including reviewing, redlining, and assisting with negotiations for commercial and government payor agreements.
  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of payor contracts, ensuring contract performance, implementation accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze claims payments, reimbursement trends, and operational issues to identify risks and support resolution efforts.
  • Serve as a key liaison between physician practices, revenue cycle teams, legal, analytics, and other internal stakeholders on contracting and payor-related matters.
  • Conduct market and legislative research while leveraging strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to support contracting strategy and decision-making.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills; experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
