  • Translate customer strategy into actionable volume and trade plans.
  • Align Gross Sales, Trade, Commercial forecasting, Demand, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Act as a planning thought partner within Integrated Dynamic Planning (IDP).
  • Deliver timely and accurate forecasts for Sales and Trade based on insights.

How will you fit into the big picture?

The Assoc Manager, Customer Planning integrates data and insights from Sales, Marketing, Customers, Finance, and Supply Chain to build accurate, timely customer forecasts for Sales and Trade using PlanEx. As a planning thought partner within Integrated Dynamic Planning (IDP), you will translate customer strategy into executable volume and trade plans while helping align Gross Sales, Trade, Commercial forecasting, Demand, and Supply Chain processes.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Analytics, Finance, Demand Planning, or Customer Planning. Experience partnering cross-functionally in a matrixed environment is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including an understanding of Sales and Trade forecasting, P&L drivers, mix, and trade levers.

  • Ability to analyze large data sets and turn insights into planning decisions using Excel and other analytical tools.

  • Ability to build strategic relationships across functions and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
