Key Responsibilities

Program Management

• Coordinate program calendars, participant communications, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.

• Partner with internal leaders and external facilitators to ensure effective program delivery, both in-person and virtually.

• Create engaging participant materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.

• Track participation, feedback, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.

• Support vendor selection, coordination, contracting, and external facilitator management.

• Create and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dashboards, and status updates.

• Gather participant feedback and generate reports and insights.

 

Analyst & Associate Training Program

•  Support the planning, day-to-day management, and execution of the Analyst & Associate Training Program.

• Engage with external partners to develop training curriculum for Corient’s early career talent.

• Coordinate senior leader involvement, line managers, and mentors to ensure the program has strong visibility and enterprise support.

• Manage participant experience, program logistics and communications.

• Measure program outcomes, including participant, manager and business leader feedback.

Key Competencies

• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and use insights to improve outcomes.

• Experience with learning technologies and learning management systems (LMS).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent management, program coordination, or a related field.

• Demonstrated program and project management experience. Proven ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution and measurement.

•  Experience supporting early career, and/or leadership development programs is strongly preferred.

• Experience working in a high-growth, matrixed, partnership-oriented, professional services, financial services, consulting, or wealth management environment is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications in learning, leadership development, or talent management preferred.

Pay Information

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New York. The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.
  • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
