Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY

Within the Marketing Development team, and reporting directly to the International Marketing Director, you will contribute to the development and deployment of the strategy and future projects for TORY BURCH BEAUTY brand, part of the SHISEIDO Group portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Strategy
  • Support the Marketing Director in strategic thinking for the brand and for the launch plans (Y+1, Y+2).
  • Conduct business analyses, sell-in and sell-out studies, and provide recommendations and propose actions and strategies based on these insights.


Product Development (Main Responsibility)
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans (creative thinking for new concepts, product design, naming, inspiration research/benchmarking, competitive analysis...).
  • Participate and monitor creative development (with external agencies), technical development (with support departments and the factory/suppliers), fragrance development (with perfumers, lab/R&D), and operational development (creation of product codes, quotation follow-up...).
  • Track product development (launching mockups, preparing artworks, monitoring development with the factory/external suppliers...).
  • Work closely with experts and/or external partners to deliver a strong and impactful 360° strategy that is coherent, comprehensive, and generates enthusiasm among markets and retailers (products / gift sets / GWP, Big Idea, Key Visuals, digital content).
  • Create briefs for 360° stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support and monitor communication campaigns.
  • Develop themes, gift sets, and 360° activations for key commercial periods throughout the year (Christmas, Mother's Day...).
  • Ensure the consistency of the brand image across each new initiative and its integration into the brand's creative and business strategy.
  • Follow internal processes to ensure compliance with timelines, feasibility constraints, and budgets.


360° Marketing
  • Contribute to the management of 360° activations and help coordinating with different departments and/or external partners (Communications, Retail, Purchasing, GWPs, Operational Marketing...).
  • Participate in and organize photo shoots with external agencies and studios.


Cross-Functional Responsibilities
  • Respond to specific requests from markets and expert teams.
  • Prepare communication materials and presentations (presentation decks, mockups...).
  • Contribute to the organization of internal meetings, particularly the International Seminar (Shiseido internal event): creation of presentation materials (visual shoots, films...), management of mockups and POSM materials, coordination between different departments and external partners.
  • Contribute to the preparation of creative and business meetings with the Fashion House (presentations, mockups, etc.).
  • Financial management (budget preparation and monitoring).
  • Market and trend analysis, as well as monitoring new launches and competitors.
  • Analyze brand performance in its market and monitor competitors (price positioning, product universe, etc.).


WHO YOU ARE
  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience in marketing development within the cosmetics industry
  • A strong interest and passion for the Fragrance and Cosmetics sector
  • A creative, curious, and open-minded profile
  • Practical thinking, resourcefulness, resilience, and optimism
  • A strong analytical and business mindset; operational market vision is a plus
  • High standards, rigor, strong organization, and team spirit
  • Proactivity and the ability to make recommendations

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.

Salary (Min-Max): 70,080.00 - 96,360.00
