Full Job Description
Flex is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join its growing Legal & Compliance team. The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the VP Legal and senior stakeholders, providing pragmatic legal support across commercial, product, and business matters, with a primary focus on transactions tied to Flex's commercial structure.

This opportunity offers significant scope to shape Flex's legal frameworks, templates, and playbooks from the ground up. The role partners directly with cross-functional teams-including Partnerships, Go-to-Market, Product Counsel, and Compliance-to negotiate and draft strategic agreements, build out legal infrastructure, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 7 years of post-JD transactional experience, a proven track record of leading complex deals, and strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships across the business. Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer credit is a plus. The role requires a JD from an accredited law school and active membership in a US state bar.
