About this role
To be successful in this role, you will need to build relationships across HR and the firm, learn the business, and build long-term solutions to support our inclusion and culture efforts.
Responsibilities:
Owns end-to-end project management of key components of the employee listening framework, to include firmwide lifecycle survey programs
Leads insights related to talent practices, early careers, and learning & development
Supports firmwide sentiment analytics, partnering closely with the Sr. Insights Partner on global insights
Conducts ad-hoc analytics in response to business requests
Partners on measurement and reporting strategies – scales insights into leadership-ready materials and dashboards
Serves as an internal consultant to support employee engagement initiatives across the firm
Discovers opportunities to implement new AI use cases or new approaches to data analytics, staying up to date with the latest cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in data analytics - strong foundation in statistics, research design, and data interpretation
Talent management or HR consulting experience is preferred with the proven ability to translate insights into practical business recommendations
Master’s degree in I-O Psychology (or similar) is preferred
Experience with Perceptyx (or similar EX platform) and Workday is preferred
Experience in either R or Python (or other statistical programming languages)
Experience with data consolidation and visualization tools, including reporting dashboards
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to proactively anticipate problems and confidence to take initiative to pursue solutions
Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using generative AI tools
For NY7 - 50 Hudson Yards, New York Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$135,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
