Full Job Description
Job Title: Associate, Lifecycle Execution

Primary Purpose:

The Associate, Lifecycle Execution owns the end-to-end execution of triggered and BAU email and SMS programs for Outlet. This role translates the audience strategy and brief alongside marketing and merchandising priorities into campaigns that drive performance for its line of business. The Associate is a Cordial expert, fluent in templates, dynamic content blocks, banners, and hierarchical messaging, and uses that platform knowledge to orchestrate the right message to the right audience at the right time. This role owns email, SMS, and triggered programming for its respective line of business, tracks and reports on campaign performance, and is accountable for the quality and consistency of every send it touches.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in lifecycle marketing execution to...

  • Receive the lifecycle design brief and marketing brief, interpret audience signals and content direction, and develop the creative and content brief for Merge
  • Coordinate cross-functional review with buying, marketing, and creative to move campaigns from brief to final approved execution
  • Own triggered programs for their line of business: develop triggered content briefs, coordinate Merge builds, monitor triggered program health, and escalate anomalies
  • Review Merge builds against brief and QA sends in Cordial for accuracy, links, audience targeting, and rendering across devices
  • Handle straightforward Cordial content block updates, subject line edits, and basic audience logic independently within trained scope
  • Own weekly post-send reads for their LOB, surfacing content and creative performance signals to the Manager or Director
  • Move work from brief to deployment in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners (Merge)

Base Pay Range
$70,000.00-$90,640.00
