What you will do

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting sales staff by creating and enhancing sales materials, coordinating trade shows and conferences, and evaluating marketing programs. You will analyze market conditions, recommend strategies to expand sales, and assist in product development and market research activities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead innovative brand campaigns and develop integrated marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize engagement and align with long-term brand vision and business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product teams, advertising agencies, and internal teams to craft cohesive brand narratives, oversee product packaging, advertising campaigns, and point-of-purchase initiatives ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes, consumer trends, and market conditions to proactively identify opportunities and threats for brand differentiation, growth, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to support brand growth and profitability, including monitoring sales forecasts and market demand, and adjusting strategies proactively to meet business objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales teams through creation and continuous improvement of sales and presentation materials based on market research insights.
  • Coordinate and manage trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of sales and marketing program effectiveness, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize outcomes.
  • Lead feasibility assessments for new product development projects, including market and competitor analysis, and planning of promotional materials.
  • Design, administer, and interpret market research and test marketing activities, generating detailed reports to guide decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to support market development and increase competitive market share.
  • Mentor junior team members by fostering a culture of creativity, strategic thinking, and continuous learning within the brand management team.


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive collaborative innovation.


Desired Qualifications
  • A Masters Business Administration.
  • Proven ability to translate complex market data into compelling brand stories and actionable marketing strategies.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office suite and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in managing market research projects and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions.
  • A strategic mindset combined with creative problem-solving abilities to navigate dynamic market challenges and seize growth opportunities.


The starting salary for this position is $120,000 (please disregard the range below).

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
