What you'll be doing...As an Associate Director you will be leading a team of Client Executives responsible for the multifamily dwelling unit (MDU) marketplace in current and planned 5G Home markets. You will be creating the strategic plan for serving properties with programs designed to drive resident and staff awareness of 5G Home services, and property subscriber penetration and will lead your team in its execution.
- Staffing and building a team that can effectively partner with MDU property owners and managers in driving 5G Mobile & Home subscribership in their communities.
- Overseeing and supporting your team's field sales activity and negotiation of key deals.
- Working with partners across the 5G organization to keep your team informed and armed with the resources they need to drive performance.
- Traveling frequently to each of your assigned 5G Home markets to coach and develop your team.
This position will cover Las Vegas, NV and Salt Lake City, UT. The selected candidate must be located in Las Vegas, NV. Travel to Salt Lake City, UT is expected on a monthly basis. Employees must reside no more than 50 miles from their assigned sales territory or module.What we're looking for...We are looking for you to possess a strong record of leading business development and field sales professionals. Strong business acumen on MDU and wireless/broadband technology is important for this role.
You'll need to have:- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
- Valid driver's license.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:- A degree.
- Strong communications skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Experience in selling services to apartment and Condo operators and residents.
- Achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals experience.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $104,000.00 - $181,000.00.
