What you will enjoy doing*- In this role you will partner with customers, R&D and business leaders to bring new applications to market across global aviation, energy and industrial sectors
- You will lead engineering managers and teams across our Global Coating Services Americas division, ensuring alignment and consistency with site business leaders
- Further you will evaluate new opportunities and aligns teams on optimal solutions
- Additionally you will develop standardized processes and manage new product introduction with clear ownership, timelines and customer focus
- Drive implementation of new technologies in partnership with R&D while resolving process issues and improving productivity
- Share best practices across sites and oversees projects, with up to 30-50% domestic and some international travel required
What makes you great - Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- Experience in high temperature applications
- Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams or managing operations and 3+ years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience with tooling, masking, equipment design and process documentation is preferred with aviation qualifications is considered a plus
- ABB robotic programming skills is considered a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50% (mostly domestic, some international)
