We're looking for an Associate Director, Tech Architect to:
• Develop architectural blueprints, considering existing infrastructure, scalability, and integrations. Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions. Design and deliver technical integrations between ServiceNow and other IT and business systems.
• Translate business needs into technical blueprints, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Optimize existing ServiceNow solutions for efficiency and performance. Drive process optimization and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow and ITIL. Contribute to the development of leading practices, standards, and leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Your expertise
• Education & Experience Requirement: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Systems Architect, Senior Systems Engineer, or a related occupation.
• Position requires experience with the following: Development and product delivery on the ServiceNow platform; Architecture and delivery of solutions based on Newton Configuration Management Database; SWAN/SERA risk modules; ITSM module of ServiceNow; JavaScript; Architectural patterns; Stakeholder management; ITIL.
