About this Role:

The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement will be the strategic partner to assigned REXT (Recruiting Executive Team) member, responsible for leading and supporting strategic initiatives globally that drive business results in line with Gartner’s growth objectives. Supporting Gartner’s most critical BUs, this role with be responsible for continually diagnosing Talent Acquisition performance and best practices to support and build strategic and innovative recruiting plans that deliver on required hiring volume, quality, and economics.

The position reports to assigned REXT (Recruiting Executive Team) Member.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Proactively build and own influential relationships across the organization and partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to solve complex problems and identify business improvement opportunities and where applicable, driving change management.
  • Deliver on Talent Acquisition objectives by continually monitoring overall recruiting performance and liaising with key department partners such as Recruiting Analytics, Recruiting Operations, People Analytics, HR, and Workforce Planning as appropriate
  • Consistently track key performance indicators such as % to goal, pipeline health & velocity, time-to-fill/time-to-hire, requisition inventory, per-resource productivity, and team level capacity for assigned REXT team
  • Build and implement innovative, scalable, and consistent solutions that support hiring outcomes in line with Gartner’s growth
  • Make key recommendations and coordination decisions around flexing recruitment resources across BU teams in partnership with REXT leader and Recruiting Capacity Director
  • Drive rigorous project management and organization across multiple projects
  • Analyse/synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into compelling “executive level” presentations
  • Collaborate withour business partners within and outside of HR to solve business issues

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategy, business operations or strategic Recruiting/HR leadership
  • Strong quantitative abilities using data and technology to diagnose and identify business problems.
  • Demonstrated experience telling stories with data to influence executive level clients and business partners and drive change.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
  • Strong collaborator andbusiness partner
  • Demonstrated ability to own, manage and complete projects with high quality and attention to detail
  • Extensive computer experience & proficiency with Microsoft software, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as standard reporting tools.
  • Excellent organization skills. Time Management and Task flexibility. Ability to multitask and change priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
