Job Description:Responsibilities- Develop integrated social media strategies that define how, where, and when Mercedes-Benz should engage consumers across owned, earned, and paid social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, CRM, Media, and Creative teams to develop social-first campaigns supporting vehicle launches, brand storytelling, retail initiatives, experiential marketing, partnerships, and cultural moments.
- Create strategic briefs, channel playbooks, content frameworks, and platform recommendations that align creative execution with business objectives and channel best practices.
- Manage Meta Business Manager and other social platform tools to facilitate campaign development, creative testing, and collaboration across internal teams and agency partners.
- Analyze audience behaviors, platform performance, and consumer engagement trends to inform content strategy, creative optimization, and customer experience.
- Leverage social listening and competitive intelligence to uncover actionable insights, monitor brand sentiment, and identify opportunities for proactive engagement.
- Develop executive thought leadership content-including LinkedIn articles, bylines, keynote messaging, and social narratives-that positions Mercedes-Benz and its leaders at the forefront of automotive innovation, luxury, and mobility trends.
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on social media, educating internal stakeholders on platform evolution, best practices, measurement, and innovation.
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the continued evolution of social strategy capabilities across the organization.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
