What is the Opportunity?

Great opportunity to join a fast pace, dynamic and innovative team. The Associate Director, Sr. CRM Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for managing a 3 year PAR approved CRM Modernization program working alongside the business and development teams to delivery the next best in class Capital Markets CRM Salesforce FSC Application. This is a new application build that will leverage core Agile delivery methodologies with a strong focus on rapid delivery of new functionalities. Looking for someone with good mix of strong business analysis skills and technical skillset that can accurately capture business requirements, lead scrum calls, technical design documentation, etc. Building strong relationships with development teams, business partners and key vendor suppliers. Opportunity to work on a very high profile transformation program with an application being used by 3000 users across 16 countries.

What will you do?
  • Lead the planning, elicitation, analysis, and documentation of detailed business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and architecture principles.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, development teams, and quality engineers to translate business needs into actionable technical designs and test scenarios.
  • Facilitate requirements walkthroughs and maintain clear, effective communication with business stakeholders, developers, and quality assurance teams.
  • Manage project risks, assumptions, and constraints in partnership with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure traceability between project scope, requirements, testing, and implementation through advanced coverage analysis techniques.
  • Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives and ensure adherence to payment standards.
  • Leverage A.I. to help automate repetitive tasks like drafting documentation, presentation decks and parsing data.


What do you need to succeed?

Must have:
  • 5-7 years working as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
  • You have strong knowledge of: CRM systems especially with Salesforce.com Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Experience in Agile development and working on tools like Jira/Confluence
  • Hands on experience with data analysis, data transformation mapping, and trouble shooting data related issues
  • Comfortable presenting to a large audience
  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
  • Experience in elicitation techniques such as document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys
  • Requirements management and communication - requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management
  • Solid experience with a variety of technologies/frameworks including event-driven architecture, REST APIs, microservice architecture, CI/CD processes, DevOps pipelines, etc.


Nice-to-have
  • Working experience in Capital Markets
  • Ability to read and interpret data formats, including SQL, YAML, JSON, and XML
  • Working experience with APIs including using Postman
  • Using prototyping and design tools such as Figma
  • Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or a Master's Certificate in Business Analysis.
