The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving salesplanning and performance through data-driven insights and operational excellence.This position requiresa strategic thinker withrobust,hands on, analyticalskillsand a deep understanding of thebiotech industry.Responsibilities include:
Sales Planning and Analytics
Lead field force KPI development, performance reporting including design and implementation of field facing dashboards and reports, enabling effective pre-call planning and a thorough understanding of performance and opportunities for a geography (national, regional, territory).
Conduct analytics projects to inform a range of business issues including field force targeting, call planning, sales force sizing, and account planning.
Lead field force effectiveness initiatives by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Integrated Insights, and Commercial Learning & Development, to generate actionable insights andoptimizeperformance.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Global Data & Digital Innovation, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, business requirements, and timeline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SQL, and/or other BI or datavisualizationtools (Alteryx, Tableau,PowerBI, etc.) isrequired
The salary range for this position is:
Bay Area: $195,670.00 - $253,220.00.
Other US Locations: $177,905.00 - $230,230.00.
Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
