Associate Director, Project Management will work closely with OMD team leadership on management of various projects and workstreams, as well as with vendors, clients, internal teams and external agencies. The
Associate Director, Project Management should have a strong understanding of media and media + creative processes, be agile, inquisitive, and consistently anticipates the needs to keep projects moving forward seamlessly.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Manage and oversee a team of 1-2 India-based project managers, providing guidance, support and quality control
- Lead relationships with creative agency partners, fostering strong, collaborative connections
- Maintain and evolve "OMD x Creative Agency Ways of Working Best Practices"
- Own client communications related to creative-led projects, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Prepare and lead regular status updates for internal teams, agency partners and clients
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all active projects across planning, digital, and investment teams
- Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, status updates and post-project reviews
- Develop and manage project timelines, partnering with junior PM team members to coordinate inputs from appropriate parties and ensure deadlines are met
- Train and support junior PM team members in the review, processing, and routing of creative assets, including guidance on preparing and communicating clear trafficking instructions
- Identify project risks and challenges early, proactively problem-solve and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Continuously improve team operations to ensure high-quality deliverables, accuracy and strong client confidence
What you bring:- 5+ years of industry experience in project management and/or media strategy or activation, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end media process
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables with precision
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all workstreams
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership; a self-starter who takes initiative
- Agility and adaptability in dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Experience working with both co-located and virtual/global teams
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- High proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote
- Eagerness to learn and apply media knowledge in a fast paced, deadline driven
- environment
Nice to have: Experience with HIVE, Prisma/DDS, JIRA, Panit, Campaign Manager 360

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$90,000-$125,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
