Full Job Description
This role manages end-to-end production and logistics for Fortune conferences and events, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality attendee experience, and alignment with business and editorial priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead on-site execution for assigned Fortune events, applying established standards, making real-time decisions, and resolving issues to ensure seamless, high-impact experiences.
• Work collaboratively across internal workstreams including audience development, content development, sponsorship, client services, and editorial to ensure seamless onsite execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive event plans, including production schedules, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and timelines, ensuring clear accountability and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Oversee production budget adherence across an event portfolio, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
• Support the technical production for assigned events, alongside production lead, partnering with A/V and staging vendors to define specifications and review designs.
• Manage hotel room blocks for assigned events, including forecasting, allocation, monitoring, and post-event reconciliation.
• Direct event production elements - such as staging, A/V, F&B, branding, signage, and immersive experiences with related vendors - to ensure alignment with Fortune's brand and to enhance attendee engagement.
• Support the management of venue and vendor relationships, including RFP development, Maintain organized tracking of all production assets, plans, and reports, and lead pre- and post-event briefing sessions to capture insights and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in media, event production, logistics, or a related field, including large-scale or high-profile conferences or corporate events.
• Proven ability to lead complex event logistics and on-site execution, combining strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail and confidence making decisions in live event settings.
• Effective communicator and stakeholder manager, with experience collaborating across editorial, marketing, sales, and external partners.
• Experience with budget tracking and cost management, plus familiarity with vendor strategy and basic contract processes.
• Comfortable using event or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, CVENT or similar) to drive operational efficiency.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing timelines and requirements in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
• Willing to travel and support events as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Total Compensation Range: $100,000-$110,000 (exempt). This range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on a number of relevant factors.
