Job Description
The Associate Director, Human Resources will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with PPL Healthcare LLC's overall business objectives. This position will oversee various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support PPL Healthcare LLC's growth and operational goals.
* Lead and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for all levels of employees.
* Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
* Oversee and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
* Develop and deliver HR-related training programs for managers and employees.
* Manage HRIS systems and leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve efficiency.
