Position Purpose:The Associate Director, HCP Marketing will report to the Executive Director, Marketing. Along with the Executive Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for all HCP activities from disease education (DE) campaign development and deployment, as well as the creation of the branded campaign for the potential launch of zorevunersen. We are looking for someone with a particular expertise in non-personal marketing, but experience in others areas, such as KOL engagement, market research and congress strategy & execution, are a bonus. As a small company, we operate at a fast pace with many competing priorities so the ability to thrive in this type of requirement is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the hiring manager on the development and deployment of the current DE campaign in the second half of 2026. Contribute to the evolution of the strategy and tactics of the DE campaign in anticipation of a potential launch in late 2027, early 2028.
- Own the media plan and non-personal promotional program and execution, including the development of a KPI plan to assess the success of our efforts and understand where we need to evolve.
- Provide significant contribution to the development of a HCP branded campaign and tactics.
- Own the Congress strategy and execution along with Medical Affairs and other key stakeholders
- Help lead the development and execution of market research that generates actionable insights
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership in managing relationships with marketing agencies and key external partners, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of marketing initiatives.
- Foster and strengthen collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure success of cross-functional initiatives and long-range plans
- Lead the MLR process for HCP tactics.
- Once the Sales team is hired, you will play an active role in working with them in all areas from tactical plan development through to training and rollout at Sales meetings.
Required Skills & Experience: - A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HCP Marketing within the biopharma environment
- Strong track record in developing and executing a non-personal promotional program
- A proven track record in executing a robust tactical plan that is delivered on time and budget.
- Experience in a small or medium-sized company is required.
- Experience in launching a product is preferred.
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects is essential.
- A strong collaborator who works well with cross-functional colleagues and can foster productive working relationships.
- This is an individual contributor role and subject to change in the future
- 30% domestic travel is required. The majority of the travel will be on the East coast
Location(s): Stoke is located in Bedford, MA, and will be moving to a new location in Waltham, MA by the end of 2026. This position is remote but please note the travel requirements above.

The anticipated salary range for this role is
$201,000 - $251,000. The final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including role scope, experience and qualifications, education, market benchmarks, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Stoke offers an annual bonus and equity participation.
