About this role:

As a leader within Enterprise Communications, you will develop and execute a content and communications strategy that informs, engages and inspires Gartner associates. You will help associates understand Gartner's mission, business strategy and culture, while strengthening their connection to the company's purpose, client impact and long-term success. The role will report into the Managing Vice President, Corporate Communications.

What you will do:
  • Lead a comprehensive enterprise editorial and content strategy that advances Gartner's business priorities, culture and associate experience.
  • Own the editorial vision for Gartner's corporate intranet and enterprise communications ecosystem, ensuring content is relevant, compelling and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Translate complex business priorities into clear, engaging and actionable communications that drive associate understanding and engagement.
  • Lead the development of high-quality written, visual and video content that informs, inspires and connects associates across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with communications leaders and stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of content and communications professionals.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators that measure content effectiveness, audience engagement, communication impact and provide regular reporting to communications leadership and stakeholders.


What you will need:
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, editorial strategy or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise communications strategies within large, complex organizations.
  • Experience leading integrated communications programs involving multiple stakeholders and audiences.
  • Experience managing content, editorial planning and communications channels in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and content development skills.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or PR.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 108,000 USD - 148,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
