Employer: Bristol-Myers Squibb Company Job Title: Associate Director, Data Partnering HR Information and Data Management Location: 3551 Lawrenceville Road, Princeton, NJ 08540 Wage Range: $181,414.00 - $229,660.00 Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Associate Director, Data Partnering HR Information and Data Management (in Princeton, NJ). Duties: Architect, design, and develop analytical and data solutions across enabling functions stakeholders including Human Resources, Procurement, Audit, Law, Information Technology, and Finance. Coordinate with business users and internal data stakeholders for technical decisions. Conduct releases and make technical recommendations throughout the data ecosystem. Identify and leverage existing solutions and platforms to avoid duplication. Leverage cloud services and artificial intelligence (AI) models to design, develop, and build applications. Identify and research cloud services based on use-cases. Research and build AI technologies, including cloud managed services, generative AI services, and open-source trends. Implement services in the BMS Cloud ecosystem. Implement best practices, monitoring tools, and automated testing for security, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure. Provide cost estimations to scale prototypes. Build relationships with key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in collaboration with data, platform, and cloud teams. Develop data solutions in compliance with legal and company guidelines. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer. Domestic travel required up to 10%; International travel required up to 10%. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor's, progressive, related work experience as a Database Architect or related occupation. Must have five (5) years of experience with/in: • Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure; • Cloud architecture including computation, storage, networking, and security; • Programming languages including Python or Node.js; • Ingestion frameworks including Apache Spark or Apache Kafka; • Utilizing platforms such as AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, and Amazon EMR; • Developing applications using Python, AWS Redshift, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, and Data Lake technologies; • Cloud computing and data engineering; • Building cloud managed artificial intelligence and machine learning services; and • Python and SQL. Must have two (2) years of experience with/in: • AI/ML. All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown. *Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers.
