Sitting parallel to Media Services and Client Operations, this individual acts as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator-owning data quality across systems, workflows, and reporting.

This role serves as the central point of accountability for data integrity within Microsoft Power Apps, Mediaocean, and related tools, proactively validating, monitoring, and improving data across campaign execution, financial workflows, reporting, and client deliverables.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, operationally minded, and experienced working within complex media environments, including principal-based buying models, with a strong understanding of how data impacts financial outcomes, governance, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, gaps, and inconsistencies across accounts and campaigns
  • Implement ongoing data hygiene practices and structured QA audits

2. Continuous Data Monitoring & Proofing

Summary: Establish a proactive framework for monitoring data health and preventing issues before they impact outputs.
  • Define and execute a consistent cadence of data audits and validation checks
  • Monitor key data flows and reporting inputs to identify risks early
  • Build simple dashboards or trackers to increase visibility into data quality

3. Cross-Functional Partnership

Summary: Align teams around shared data standards, ownership, and accountability across workflows.
  • Partner with the Amplifi Solutions teams and Global teams to define data requirements
  • Investigate and resolve cross-functional data issues
  • Drive alignment on field usage, naming conventions, and ownership expectations

4. Reporting, Review, Analysis & Issue Resolution

Summary: Ensure reporting accuracy while proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving data and performance issues.
  • Validate reporting outputs, including inputs, calculations, and logic
  • Analyze trends and discrepancies to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution across campaign and financial data

5. Data Standards, Process Implementation & Governance

Summary: Build and scale governance frameworks and standardized processes to drive consistency and long-term data integrity.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and QA frameworks
  • Translate business needs into clear, repeatable workflows and SOPs
  • Identify and lead system or process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk

6. Team Enablement & Continuous Improvement

Summary: Equip teams with the tools and knowledge needed to sustain high-quality data and continuously improve performance.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support on data best practices
  • Reinforce behaviors that reduce downstream errors and rework
  • Identify systemic gaps and implement scalable solutions in partnership with leadership

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Experience working with complex buying models, including principal-based or non-working media structures, and understanding associated data and financial implications

Preferred
