Lead commercial strategy and marketing execution for an innovative lung cancer therapy across multiple indications. This role offers the opportunity to shape a complex and competitive market, including the development of a new digital pathology diagnostic biomarker in first-line treatment, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and an external alliance partner.
Key responsibilities- Develop brand strategies, priorities, and marketing plans across personal and non-personal promotional channels.
- Lead market-shaping activities, including HCP strategy and the development of new capabilities supporting brand success.
- Collaborate with Precision Medicine, Insights & Analytics, Market Access, Medical, Sales, Training, Corporate Affairs, Consumer, and Global teams.
- Define success metrics, evaluate program performance, and optimize plans based on insights and results.
- Partner with alliance marketing, insights, medical, and regional teams to ensure alignment and share learning.
- Lead agency relationships, workflows, and commercial budget management.
- Develop and deliver key brand presentations to senior leadership.
- Coach and support marketing colleagues while ensuring execution aligns with brand and indication strategy.
Required qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry consultancy, with experience in brand marketing, managed markets, sales, market research and analytics, or planning.
- Prior in-line HCP marketing experience.
- Experience developing brand strategy, positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, agency relationships, and budget plans.
- Understanding of the U.S. oncology landscape, including community and hospital oncology dynamics and the diagnostic landscape.
- Experience across personal, non-personal, digital, and patient marketing channels.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
An advanced degree in life science, business, medicine, or pharmacy; oncology experience; customer-facing experience; and experience building or integrating new capabilities are desirable.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $147,908.00 - $221,862.00 USD Annual. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
